Early Warning Notification

In accordance with clause 16.1 of the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract, the Issuer hereby gives early warning to the Recipient of a matter which could:

  • Increase the total of the Prices
  • Delay Completion
  • Delay meeting a Key Date
  • Impair the performance of the works in use
